That’s not what this is. It’s a product review.

And it’s not all rainbows and unicorns with WritersWork…

a) Hard-To-Use Portfolio Builder

Remember, the Portfolio Builder is to build out your user profile, to showcase your work.

However…there was one very upset user

I just tried to create a portfolio on WritersWork and encountered SO many problems that I gave up!

b) Not The Best Editor

Like every other business, they hype up their product. They call their word editor “world-class”.

Let me be honest. It’s really not that world-class.

There was even one very upset user:

…today I spent about 5 hours working on a document only to have it spontaneously disappear with no recourse for retrieval. I used the website’s messaging tool to speak with a representative from the support staff, but I was told there is nothing they can do. While they were very apologetic about the “inconvenience”, there is no way to retrieve my work (a 4000 word document)….. I asked for a refund. They issued me the refund…

It’s not as good as Microsoft Word. Or WordPress.
