Are you trying to make some cash online?
Lol, Welcome to the club pal.
KyleTrouble’s “Pro Niche Site” Course is about affiliate marketing. And affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to get started for a beginner.
It costs like nothing. All you need to know is how to write. You already have things you are passionate about.
You can even do this as a side hustle. Just 2 hours a day, and you can easily make $100/day just from affiliate marketing. Does that sound great or what?
By the end of this review, you should have a good idea of whether Kyle’s “Pro Niche Site” course is a good fit for you. I also drop a lot of affiliate marketing sauce here :).

Who is KyleTrouble?

Good question. Never drop money on a random person on the internet, right?
If you can’t already tell by the username, this guy is a bit of a troublemaker…lol, it seems one of his favorite hobbies is triggering feminist twitter.
As always, the best way to evaluate a person is via their Twitter account. Twitter is a better resume than Linkedin. One of my favorite tweets from one of my favorite thought leaders:
Have a look at KyleTrouble’s twitter: https://twitter.com/KyleTrouble
Another good reference check is his website: http://thisistrouble.com
Some basic info about Kyle: He used to be a software engineer for a few years, then he jumped ship and moved to eastern europe to make a living as a affiliate marketer…and also to date women ;). He started out making a 6-figure living as a affiliate marketer. Now, he’s re-shaping the corrupt and broken olive oil industry via SeloOils (which honestly look like one of the best olive oils you can possibly get!).
Here’s just one example of KyleTrouble’s feminist-triggering tweets…for fear of the internet mob, I shall not post more 🙂
On the positive side, KyleTrouble posts many useful online business marketing tips:
When you follow his course, he actually shows you his actual websites that are making money. He’s not faking it!

Who should sign up for “Pro Niche Site” Course
- You like to read — if you really like to read, affiliate marketing might be a strong fit for you. How? Isn’t affiliate marketing all about writing content? Yes, you’re right. But behind all the writing…is a ton of reading. Learning the information is 80% of the work. Once you’ve got it all in your head, writing the articles should be like butter. Two hours writing time, max.
- You are broke — ok ok, hear me out. Yes this course costs money. $400 is a pretty penny. But once you pay for the course…that’s it. No more costs. Everything else is free. It is ridiculously cheap to do a affiliate marketing business.Do you want to hear one of my tips for saving money? Sure, affiliate marketing is already pretty cheap…hosting can cost $3 a month, and a domain name is $10 a year. BUT…do you want to know how to bring it down to zero? Read the next bullet point.
- You are frugal — affiliate marketing is hands down the cheapest online biz to start. You have three main options for making money online: 1) affiliate marketing, 2) dropshipping, 3) freelancing.Freelancing is more of a job (defined as time for money exchange), and hard to scale up unless you’re hiring freelancers and doing a consulting-like business which still requires significant human management (very hard to do, don’t underestimate human management).
The other option, dropshipping, will cost at least $1000 to start, maybe more if you have some bad luck. It’s also very, very painful to see $1300 worth of ads go down the drain without any sales! Believe me, I speak from personal experience.
You’re smart right? Here’s how to bring affiliate marketing costs down to zero…
Use a free blogging service! Like Medium (this blog’s an excellent example). Or Blogger. Is it not as good as a custom WordPress hosted on your own webserver? No, because it’s hard to customize things like email subscription. But it’s a great way to get started, which is the most important thing. Just get started. You can invest in a website later, once you understand the basics of how to write content.
- You are risk averse — not only are you not risking that much money, but you can also start one niche website after another. What are the odds of a niche website not doing well? Not zero. But what are the odds of all 30 niche websites failing? Very close to zero.
- You want 100% passive income — ok, no online business is ever truly passive. But affiliate marketing? Once you write the article, it is pretty darn passive. You rank in Google, get traffic, and every once in a while, get a commission. Why isn’t it 100% passive? Because if you don’t pay attention to the website, competitors will come in and bring down your rank.Still a pretty darn good way to make a living though. No customer support, no supplier to deal with, no employees…
Who should NOT sign up for “Pro Niche Site” Course
- You are not going to work hard everyday—There is a lot of good knowledge in the course, but please don’t blow $400 hard earned cash on a course…a lot of people buy courses just to feel good about their lives, as if they’re making progress. But look, as important as it is to learn, you do have to take action at some point. And more importantly, the grit to stick it out. Because it will take a long time for you to see results. It’s not immediate.I’ve said it before in this article, and I’ll say it again. It took me at least a month to see my articles rank in Google. Since the only way you make money is via organic traffic…you can figure out that it must take at least a month to see money come in, right? It takes time to build traffic, and you must be patient, and work hard. But if you do work hard, you will make money passively from niche websites.
- You are impatient—because you are not going to see immediate results. When I first started out, I googled around and found affiliate marketing how-to articles for “How to rank page 1 on Google in 19 minutes!”, or 3 minutes, or some other impossibly quick metric. They were Wealthy Affiliate articles (maybe you’ve come across these guys). What really happened? Turns out those are BS stories. It took me at least a month to see some of my articles rank. Truth is, it’s going to take time to see results. If you want quick results, you should try dropshipping instead. But fair warning, it takes cash to do dropshipping. You will need at least $1000 to run ad campaigns. If this interests you, click here to see my review of a great dropshipping course, James Holt’s “Start Dropshipping Stuff”.
- You do not want to make online — LOL, if you’re reading this, we know you’re smarter than that!
Things I LIKE about “Pro Niche Site” Course
- Reasonable goals — First try to earn $100 a month. That’s the hardest $100 to earn. Now that you know what works, it’s all just a matter of doing more of that.

“The first $100 online is the hardest!”
- 29 video and audio lessons.
- A detailed how-to tutorial from registering domain to creating content — he holds your hand every step of the way.
- 30-day money back guarantee — if you’re not getting anything out of the course, get your money back.
- BIGGEST BENEFIT: Actual coaching/consultation — This to me was the biggest draw. Are you worried about spending hundreds of dollars on a course and seeing no results? Yeah, me too. But now you know the author himself is willing to spend time with you, to make sure you succeed. Seriously, that’s like wildly cool. There’s like no other course that does that. None.

Things I DON’T LIKE about “Pro Niche Site” Course
While there are many things great about the course, there are a couple things I didn’t like:
- Too slow — then again this is a personal thing, but I’m a really fast-paced learner. His course paces you to complete in 12 weeks, or 3 months. I’d rather get the whole thing done within a week. But this might actually be a good thing for you, if you’re busy with your job. Then the slow pace is an excellent thing. More important to make sure you do a little every day…
- Not the best approach, IMO — he walks you through how to setup WordPress, your own domain, but as I mentioned in a tip earlier, I think it’s way better for a beginner to use Medium or Blogger. Because it’s much easier to setup. And the most important thing is to just get started. Cannot be repeated enough — just get started.
- The incentive structure — this just occurred to me, but courses/knowledge should really only be paid from how much you benefited from it. For example, KyleTrouble should only earn $500 if you’ve made at least $500 from online niche websites. This is like how Lambda School operates, which is a school for programmers. You only pay them tuition if they helped you earn more in your next job.

Alternatives to “Pro Niche Site” Course
First I must warn you, there are many “get-rich-quick” schemes. The only person getting rich are the guys selling those schemes.
What you are looking for is good knowledge. This is a favorite quote of mine I found recently on twitter:
Courses are not get rich quick solutions. They are gain skills faster solutions. Once you get the skills you can get the money.
The alternative courses I’m about to suggest have really good information. You will learn quickly, if you apply yourself.
But before I suggest other courses, there’s another great relevant quote from Nate Schmidt, paraphrasing as follows: “Does it matter which business you pick? No. Just pick one, and keep doing it until it makes money.”
What many people lack is persistence. But if you keep at it, if you just work hard, you too can live your dream — work from anywhere in the world, earning as much as you want.
Other great courses I’ve found are:
- Chris Johnson’s course “6 Figure Side Hustle” — a cheaper course, this time about dropshipping. I would recommend start off with affiliate marketing though. Easier to get started. Risking less money. Not as painful since you’re not losing $1000 in a day. And very easy to do as a side hustle along with your job.
- Nate Schmidt (SCHM7DT)’s course Ecom Copy Crash Course — Not sure if the course is available…really strong dropshipping course though. You can vet him via his twitter account: https://twitter.com/SCHM7DT
- James Holt’s course “Start Dropshipping Stuff” —you can click here to see my review, but the Cliff notes version is that it’s really good. Step-by-step how to setup store, how to find products, how to test products, how to test ads…read my review for more 🙂
Some Final Thoughts…
To finish off my review, I’d just like to repeat my favorite quote from earlier…
Courses are not get rich quick solutions. They are gain skills faster solutions. Once you get the skills you can get the money.
If you are serious about making money online, then it is a good idea to invest in a course to break free from your 9–5 job sooner. Imagine being location independent. No alarm clocks. No boss. No jealous, gossipy co-workers. That is the dream.

Or are you still worried about wasting hundreds of dollars? Remember you get 1–1 coaching with KyleTrouble. Which is an unbelievable benefit.
As always: Go make that bread.
